Looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant with extensive knowledge in general ledger and MS Excel spreadsheets.

The job duties include:
• General Ledger coding & reconciliations
• Accounts Payable Management
• Reviewing Inventory new part setups and vendor cost files
• Maintaining Vendor shipment ledger
• MS Excel spreadsheet projects
• Management of an EDI (electronic data interchange) program used for receiving customer purchase orders and transmitting invoices.
• Invoicing & preparation of shipment labels.

A high degree of adherence to confidentiality principles, accuracy and general ledger reconciliation experience is a must as well as an intermediate level of experience with MS Excel. We operate from Sage accounting software.
